Differential low pressure and flow transmitter with temperature input
Description
The MF-PFTT is a programmable differential pressure and flow transmitter and controller with input for set point compensation using external temperature sensor. This allows MF-PFTT to be used as a temperature transmitter if needed.
The MF-PFTT pressure and flow transmitter also include a function for recalculating the flow for normal m3 ( 0 °C) or the flow at current temperature. This function can be used for compensation of changes in air density.
The actual value of a connected temperature sensor can be scaled in volt or current signal on one of the available outputs.
The MF-PFTT pressure and flow transmitter also include a function that automatically can control a purging unit for flow sensors or other measuring control outlets. When using this function, one of the outputs can be connected to a relay inside the purging unit. The output signal is "frozen" during the purging sequence to avoid disturbance in the flow control.
