Industrial electric actuator for butterfly valves

Description

Actuator MS-35M with reinforced torque reduction, MTS-70, is designed for control of butterfly valves on warm water pipes in boiler plants or similar.

The actuator can be mounted on many kinds of valves of different brands as long as they support ISO 5211 top flange mounting and in dimension of 50...200 mm i pipe diameter depending on the torque of the valve.

Design
The actuator has a solid construction to allow installation in harsh environments such as boiler plants and similar industrial environments.

The actuator can be mounted in any position but should be located in such a way that eventual leakage in valves does not drip on to the actuator. In most cases the actuator does not need any maintenance.

The actuator is fitted with 3 adjustable limit switches:

2 pcs for closed and open position

1 pc potential-free changing contact adjustable in any position on the rotation angle.
